🧾 [IMPORTANT] Requesting a Taiwan Tax Receipt

By default, Benevity does not issue individual tax receipts (donations will be recorded as Anonymous). If you require a Taiwan donation receipt for tax purposes, please follow these steps:

1. Leave a Comment: On the donation page, under "Information to share with the charity," check the box for "Leave a comment."
2. Provide Your Details: Please include the following information in the comment box:
   • State: "Taiwan donation receipt required"
   • Receipt Title (Your Full Name)
   • Email address and Mailing address (E-receipts are preferred)
   • Taiwan ID / ARC number (Required if you want us to upload your record to the National Taxation Bureau)
3. Forgot to comment? Don't worry! Please email your details to cc.intl@lovebinti.org.

⚠️ Please Note:

• Only one receipt can be issued per donation (cannot be split into multiple names).
• The receipt amount will NOT include the corporate matching funds. Due to exchange rates and bank fees, the final receipt will reflect the actual amount received in NTD (New Taiwan Dollars).
• Due to Benevity’s disbursement schedule, please expect a 2-3 month processing time for your receipt and donor acknowledgment. Thank you for your patience!

🧾 【重要】台灣捐款收據申請須知

Benevity 平台預設不提供個人捐款收據（將以無名氏名義開立總額收據）。若您需要「台灣捐款收據」以申報抵稅，請務必遵循以下步驟：

1. 捐款時備註： 在捐款頁面「與慈善機構分享的資訊」下方，勾選「撰寫評論 (Leave a comment)」。
2. 填寫必備資訊： 請於評論欄位留下以下資料：
   • 註明：「需台灣捐款收據 (Taiwan donation receipt required)」
   • 收據抬頭（姓名）
   • 電子信箱 (Email) 及 收件地址（將優先核發電子收據）
   • 身分證字號（若需協會協助上傳至國稅局者請務必提供）
3. 補件方式： 若捐款時忘記備註，請來信至 ccl@lovebinti.org 並提供上述資訊。

⚠️ 收據開立注意事項：

• 每筆捐款僅限開立一張收據（單一抬頭）。
• 收據金額不包含企業相對捐贈的部分。因匯率差異及銀行手續費，最終收據金額將以協會實際收到的「新台幣金額」為準。
• 因跨國平台撥款流程，您的捐款收據開立及官網徵信公布，預計將有 2-3 個月的作業時間差，感謝您的耐心等候！
